Nina Korinna

Nina Korinna was born in 1971 in Kolomyia, Ukraine. She currently lives in Italy. From an early age, she developed a passion for painting. She attended a woodcarving school, where she graduated and holds a degree in art. During her early years in Ukraine, she worked as a painter in a woodcarving company. She taught painting and sculpture at a Higher Art School and was a member of the Ukrainian Union of Decorative and Applied Arts. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Italy and abroad. At YouNique, Nina Korinna presents a series of works titled Specchio dell’acqua.

In the artist’s own words: “My passion for painting drives me to continue painting portraits, landscapes, animals, and flowers using various techniques: oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pencil. Through my paintings, I try to convey everything that is in my soul: to give life, unity, and beauty to the work. The play of light and shadow, the composition, the expression, the colors, and the love I infuse into my works ensure that the eye enjoys the sight.”
