On the occasion of YouNique, international artist Ronal Bejarano invites the public to participate in a moment of rare intensity: a series of three live painting sessions held daily at 4:00 PM in Room 22.
Known for his reserved and reserved nature, Bejarano chooses to open up to the viewer’s gaze through a thirty-minute performance, during which he will bring a canvas to life each day. The three resulting works will not be isolated fragments, but rather pieces of a single visual dialogue that unfolds through dynamic gesture and the symbolic use of color, hallmarks of his aesthetic. At the heart of this exploration is the contrast between blues and reds, which for the artist become archetypes of opposing yet complementary forces: on the one hand, spiritual strength, ethereal and profound; on the other, physical strength, material and pulsating.

The act of live painting sheds its private dimension to become a metaphor for shared growth. In this suspended space, Ronal Bejarano’s performance becomes a choral experience: the audience is no longer just a spectator, but an integral part of a spiritual union that vibrates alongside the artist.
It is precisely this collective energy, generated by the viewer’s profound involvement, that guides Ronal’s gesture, transforming the force of the moment into color on the canvas. This encounter thus becomes a hymn to resilience and an invitation to rediscover one’s true self through the other, where the pictorial gesture becomes an act of pure spiritual affirmation and the final work remains as a visible testimony of an emotion experienced together.
