SELMA ESPRIT

Selma Esprit is the artistic project that encapsulates Selma Mandelli’s experience as both a psychiatrist and a recreational artist. At YouNique 2025, the artist will showcase the “Selma Biblio Portraits” collection, through which she creates portraits of individuals, companies, and cities by representing their personality profiles on hand-painted panels featuring relevant books. The “Patches of Sky” collection, on the other hand, consists of panels crafted by the artist to resemble trompe-l’oeil windows with fragments of sky, inspired by Proust’s words about the importance of always keeping a shred of sky in our lives. Each Selma Esprit piece is custom-made to fit the specific location chosen by the client.
